Graduate Baby Massage: Drop-In Class for Continued Connection and Calm Deepen the connection with your baby and find a moment of calm in your week with our Graduate Baby Massage drop-in sessions. Designed for parents and babies who have completed our introductory course, these classes provide a nurturing space to continue your baby massage practice and enhance the special bond you’ve already cultivated. Class details: Dates/Time: Thursday 26th Sept/12.45-1.30pm Venue: St Mary's Welcome Centre, Church Lane, E17 9RJ, Walthamstow Village. Please note: Our classes are held in the smaller building across the churchyard from the main church. What to Expect: - Full Head-to-Toe Routine: Each session covers a full head-to-toe massage routine, providing holistic benefits for both you and your baby. These include improved sleep patterns, enhanced digestion, relief from teething pain, and further enhance your beautiful bond through the power of touch. - Shared Relaxation: Begin each session with gentle intention setting and breath work to help both you and your baby relax, fostering a calm environment perfect for moments of joy and togetherness. - Supportive Community: Enjoy a safe, welcoming space where you can reconnect with your baby and share experiences with other parents, building a sense of community and support. These sessions are open to babies who have previously attended our baby massage courses and are familiar with the routine. This class offers the opportunity to both benefit from the experience of baby massage in a warm and welcoming class. What to Bring: A blanket, your baby’s favourite toy, and a natural, organic oil (details sent in booking confirmation). Join us for a moment of calm and connection in your week.
