UPDATED DATE & LOCATION TO ADD MORE TICKETS! We create spaces for dads and their babies, one workshop at a time... Dads have the opportunity to learn the valuable skill of baby massage, attend a class with their little one, bond one-on-one, create precious memories, and connect with other local dads. Our weekend workshops for dads were the first of their kind in London (and perhaps beyond), and we’re proud to have taught the empowering skill of baby massage to so many dads. We firmly believe there should be more offerings for dads and their babies, and we’re gradually changing the norm, one workshop at a time. Details: Date: Saturday, 19th October Time: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Location: St Mary's Church (The Welcome Centre Building), 8 Church End, E17 9RJ Cost: £33 Due to the duration of the workshop, we recommend that babies be at least 2-3 months old. If they have previously attended our baby massage courses, even better! This workshop will: Gently teach the full baby massage routine (covering chest, tummy, legs, feet, arms, hands, back, face, and head) Include lots of fun and interactive baby yoga Teach proven techniques to support babies’ overall development Offer remedies for common baby ailments such as colic, trapped wind, constipation, and teething pain Promote relaxation and bonding between dads and their babies, creating precious moments and memories Each attendee will receive safety guidelines before the workshop (including advice on oils) and a handy handout with images and clear instructions so you can continue massaging your baby at home. All equipment will be provided. Please bring your baby’s favourite toy and a blanket. Note for mums: If you are breastfeeding or wish to be nearby, that’s completely fine! Feel free to be on call. We often have mums pop in for feeding, etc. We do hope you can enjoy some much-deserved downtime as well!
