30-Day Returns Policy

You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
   •    Items must be unused and in their original condition
   •    Packaging must be intact
   •    Baby skincare items must remain sealed for hygiene reasons

We’ll send you the return address and next steps.

Return postage is currently the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
