Why MOTHER & MORE exists
MOTHER & MORE was born from lived experience and a deep commitment to supporting families.
After training in baby massage as a burnt-out social worker - and a new mum to a child with additional needs - I didn’t set out to build a business.
I set out to create work that actually worked:
around family life, nervous systems, and real babies.
What began as local baby classes quickly grew into:
• Packed weekly classes
• Over 2,000 local families supported
• National brand collaborations
• And now, a global instructor training academy
Every qualification we offer is built on what works in practice - in real rooms, with real parents - and underpinned by robust training, evidence-informed teaching, and years of hands-on experience.
