At MOTHER & MORE, our classes are designed to be nurturing, supportive and joyful—for both babies and their grown-ups. These Terms & Conditions help keep everything running smoothly and fairly for all families attending.

✨ Illness

To help keep our classes a safe and comfortable space for everyone, we kindly ask that you do not attend if:

• You or your baby are unwell, especially with a high temperature, a new persistent cough, or other symptoms associated with COVID-19 or any contagious illness

• You or your child have a contagious condition such as chickenpox, conjunctivitis, or impetigo

• Your baby has had sickness or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours (they must be symptom-free for at least two full days before attending)

We also recommend avoiding baby massage for 24 hours after any immunisations, as babies can sometimes feel a little sensitive or unsettled.

Our instructors reserve the right to kindly ask a family not to attend if they believe a baby may not be well enough to join the session safely and comfortably. This is always done with care and the wellbeing of the whole group in mind.

✨ Health & Safety

The health and safety of parents, babies, and carers is our highest priority. To help ensure this:

• All toys, equipment, and props are checked and cleaned before each session

• Any damaged items are immediately removed or replaced

• Please supervise your baby at all times—they must never be left unattended during the session

• Please take used nappies home unless a clearly marked nappy bin is provided at the venue

• Help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise to a minimum while waiting for your class to begin

Participation in a MOTHER & MORE class is always at your own risk. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, we cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence or breach of duty on our part.

✨ Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. However, as a small, independent business with limited spaces (many of which sell out), we operate a strict no refunds or transfers policy once a booking has been made.

​

When you book a course, you are securing one of a limited number of spaces for the full duration. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers for missed sessions due to personal circumstances, including holidays, appointments, or changes in availability.

If you are unable to attend a session, you are very welcome to gift your space to a friend—please just let us know in advance so we can welcome them.

​

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a discretionary make-up session only if space is available, but this is not guaranteed and should not be expected.

​

If we need to cancel a class due to circumstances on our end (such as instructor illness or venue issues), we will always offer a rescheduled session or a refund for the affected class.

✨ Data Protection, Online Security & Privacy

When booking a class, we ask you to provide personal information (such as names and contact details) to help us run your course safely and effectively.

 

All data is handled in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and stored securely.

​

Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

​

We use your contact details to send important information about your course and may occasionally share updates about future classes and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

​

Any payment details are processed securely by trusted providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We never store your card information.

✨ Photography & Media

We sometimes take photos and short video clips during class for use on our website and social media channels. These are always taken with sensitivity and care, and are never used for anything beyond MOTHER & MORE marketing.

​

If you’d prefer not to be included, or would like your baby to be excluded, just let your instructor know when you arrive—we’ll always respect your wishes.
