Instructor Training Terms & Conditions

MOTHER & MORE Academy

By enrolling in a Baby Massage and/or Baby Yoga Instructor Course with MOTHER & MORE, you agree to the following terms:

1. Course Enrolment & Payment

• Full payment (or first instalment if using a payment plan) is required to secure your place.

• Payment plans (e.g. Klarna/PayPal Pay in 3) are subject to the provider’s terms and must be completed in full.

• Course access and certification are dependent on full payment being received.

• ​

2. Course Format & Completion

• The course includes a combination of online learning, practical training, and post-course assessment.

• To qualify, you must complete all required elements, including:

  • Pre-course learning/exam

  • Practical training (in-person or semi-distance)

  • Submission of coursework (lesson plans, reflections)

  • Delivery of a 4-week community-based course

  • Submission of feedback forms and final reflection

• Certification will only be issued once all components have been successfully completed.

3. Timeframes

• You have up to 12 months from enrolment to complete your qualification.

• Extensions may be granted at our discretion.

• ​

4. Cancellations & Transfers (In-Person Training)

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend your booked training date, you may transfer to a future date with a minimum of 14 days’ notice (subject to availability).

• Transfers requested within 14 days of the training may not be possible.

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date.

5. Student Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the time and commitment to complete the course.

• You must conduct yourself professionally when delivering your community course.

• You must not deliver paid classes until fully qualified and insured.

• ​

6. Health, Safety & Scope of Practice

• This course qualifies you to teach baby massage and/or baby yoga to parents and caregivers — not to provide medical advice or treatment.

• You must work within your scope of practice and refer families to appropriate professionals where needed.

• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance before teaching.

• ​

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, routines, and resources remain the property of MOTHER & MORE.

• Materials are provided for your personal use in delivering classes only and must not be copied, shared, or used to train others.

• ​

8. Support

• Tutor support is provided throughout your training via email and/or scheduled calls.

• Reasonable response times will be maintained, but immediate responses are not guaranteed.

• ​

9. Certification & Accreditation

• Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements.

• The qualification is accredited and suitable for obtaining insurance; however, it is your responsibility to arrange this independently.

• ​

10. Liability

• MOTHER & MORE is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of course materials or delivery of classes post-qualification.

• You are responsible for your own professional practice once qualified.

• ​

11. Locations & Running Classes

• Upon qualification, you are able to run your own baby massage and/or baby yoga classes independently.

• MOTHER & MORE may already operate in certain areas. In these cases, we may guide you towards nearby locations or alternative set-ups to support your success.

• This training does not grant rights to use the MOTHER & MORE brand name, nor does it constitute a franchise or exclusive territory agreement.

• You are responsible for sourcing your own venues and ensuring appropriate permissions, insurance, and safety measures are in place.

12. Agreement

By enrolling in the course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
