We create spaces for dads and their babies-one workshop at a time. It’s not often that spaces are created specifically for dads to connect with their little ones-but that’s exactly why we started this workshop. Here’s your chance to: ✨ Learn the essential skill of baby massage. ✨ Enjoy one-on-one bonding time with your baby. ✨ Play, engage, and connect through interactive baby yoga. We’re proud to say that our Baby Massage Workshops for Dads were the first of their kind in London. Our mission is simple: to create more spaces where dads can connect, bond, and feel empowered in their role. Workshop Details 📅 Date: Sat 31st Jan ⏰ Time: 1.30-3pm 📍 Location: Bridget's Cafe/Chobham Community Centre, 1-3 Brevet Parade, Honour Lea Ave, Stratford E20 1LF 💷 Cost: £35 Recommended for babies aged 3 months and older for maximum comfort. What’s Included In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll: ✅ Learn a full baby massage routine (covering chest, tummy, legs, feet, arms, hands, back, face, and head). ✅ Enjoy fun and interactive baby yoga activities to boost development. ✅ Master techniques to soothe common baby ailments like colic, trapped wind, and constipation. ✅ Sensory play to celebrate at the end. All equipment is provided—just bring: 🧸 Your baby’s favourite toy. 🛏️ A cosy blanket. 🌿 An organic, natural oil of your choice. A Note for Mums We see you, mums. 💕 If you’d like to stay close by for feeds or cuddles, you’re more than welcome. Many mums pop in and out, and we’re happy to accommodate.
